Book lovers of all ages are invited to visit a brand new bookstore in the heart of downtown San Rafael. Friends Books, sponsored by the Friends of the San Rafael Public Library, offers a full range of new and gently-used books, beautifully organized and displayed for your browsing and shopping pleasure. Enter through a rare downtown garden into the sunny and friendly shop, just around the corner from Fourth Street and next door to the parking garage on C Street and 5th Avenue.

Please bring donations to Friends Books during open hours. Call (415) 453-1443 to make arrangements for large donations (more than 5 boxes).
