3D Printing Labs

Tuesday, 4pm-6pm: August 14 & 28

Drop-in to chat with staff about our 3D printers and get your own object printed!

 

Virtual Reality Labs

Tuesday, 4pm-6pm: August 14 & 28
Sunday, 3pm-5pm: August 12 & 26

Test out some thrilling and immersive games on our VIVE or Oculus Go virtual reality systems!

Read to a Dog

Second Saturdays, 11am-12pm
September 8, October 13, November 10, December 8

Readers aged 5 and older are invited to book an appointment to read to a dog at the San Rafael Public Library!

Games Day

Saturday, August 25, 12:30-3pm

Come to  Games Day at the Library! We’ll provide a selection of new and classic board games for families with children of all ages. Bring your Magic the Gathering cards or Pokémon cards— experts will be on hand. Stay the entire time or drop-by for just a game or two!

Families with all ages welcome! Drop in program; no registration required.

 

Teen Advisory Board

Come participate in our Teen Advisory Board! TAB is a place where you can share your opinions and directly improve the library’s teen programs, services and collections. TAB meets the fourth Tuesday of every month. Must be in grades 7-12 to participate. Pizza will be provided, and participating in TAB counts as community service hours!

First meeting: Tuesday, September 25, 6-7pm
No registration required; just show-up. Bring a friend!
