Family Yoga Storytime

Family Yoga Storytime is an interactive experience blending self-empowering themes with individual and partner yoga poses, music, props, singing, parenting insights, and an inspiring storytime book! Leyna Roget Brabant, founder and lead instructor with Calm Mind, Happy Heart, will guide participants on a movement journey to discover stress release tools, simple body-awareness games, and playful relaxation tips for all ages! Caregivers are invited to participate to whatever degree their body is capable; no prior yoga experience necessary. Come ready to breathe, play with intention, and grow flexibility in patience, communication, and present moment attention to your child’s learning process. A limited number of child sized yoga mats provided; personal mats kindly welcomed.
