The Friends of the San Rafael Libraries are hosting a Rare and Special Book Sale in the meeting room at the downtown library.
The sale will open for a Members’ Preview at 1:00pm on Friday, February 1st (you may buy a membership to Friends of the San Rafael Library at the door).
Open to the public on Friday from 2:00pm until 4:45pm.
On Saturday, February 2nd the sale will be open to the public from 10:00am to 3:30pm.
This sale will appeal to bibliophiles, collectors, lovers of charming old books for children, altered book artists, collage magicians and anyone who simply loves old books. We’ll offer a special section of single artist books on art, many vintage childrens’ books and handsome sets for your library.
…literally something for everyone!
