Introduction to Citrus Tree Gardening

This presentation will cover the basics about citrus trees: how to select, site, plant and care for young trees (under 3 years in the ground). Joe will also address questions regarding the citrus varieties best for Marin County and the ones that are frost tolerant. Also, which varieties lend themselves to containers and espaliers.

Joe Jennings is a Marin Master Gardener who grows vegetables year-round in his home garden. He graduated from Whitman College and earned an MBA from the University of Washington.
