Writing and the Senses
We will work with writing prompts and exercises to engage your senses, which can enliven and enrich any type of writing, including journaling, poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and more.
We become attuned to the present moment when we focus on sensory awareness. Writing from presence and including the senses brings new life to your writing and can greatly increase the richness of the writing process.

Topics will include:
Working as a clinical nutritionist to help people recover and “live health,” Leni has seen choice, practice, and action enable beautiful brains to blossom. Additionally, Leni facilitates clients’ programs via the Bredesen Protocol to prevent and reverse cognitive decline.
We will work with writing exercises to help you gain insight and explore ways to navigate the personal and collective challenges of these times that are difficult for so many.
As a transformational tool to engage with these topics, writing can take you beyond the conscious mind and linear thinking into the realms of imagination, deep feeling and intuitive wisdom.
No prior writing experience necessary.
