Join us at the Library to make Papel Picado, a traditional Mexican decorative craft made by cutting elaborate designs into sheets of tissue paper, with Rachel-Anne Palacios. Ages 8 and up. This program is sponsored by The Friends of the Library

Venga a la biblioteca a aprender a hacer Papel Picado con la artista local Rachel-Anne Palacios! Papel Picado, una artesanía decorativa tradicional mexicana que se realiza recortando elaborados diseños en hojas de papel de seda. Edades de 8 años en adelante. Este programa esta patrocinado por The Friends of the Library.
