Mark Hoffman will introduce AgeSong Marin, a discussion group for seniors. These small groups usually meet for 8 weeks at the Family Service Agency of Marin and are led by two experienced facilitators. The groups discuss issues of aging, such as coping with change and loss, re-engaging after retirement, isolation, and the wisdom that comes with this stage of life.
